In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bs7777 website accessible at bs7777.org and all associated services, products, and content available thereon.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any natural person who registers an account on the Platform and is at least 21 years of age.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives granted to a Player subject to wagering or other conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it — or any winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn as real money.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of account on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on bs7777 you must satisfy, and continue to satisfy, each of the following conditions at all times:

Each Player may register exactly one Account. If bs7777 discovers that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately, Bonus Funds will be voided, and any Balance in excess of deposits made may be forfeited at bs7777's reasonable discretion.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account.

bs7777 will never contact you via email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from bs7777 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify bs7777 as soon as you become aware that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received and acted upon, all activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and bs7777 will not be liable for any resulting losses.

You agree to keep your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, current and accurate at all times so that bs7777 may contact you regarding account matters.

All deposits and withdrawals on bs7777 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing time: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours, subject to identity verification requirements.
• Matching payment methods: You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees.

bs7777 does not charge Players any internal processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

In the event that a deposit is made in error — for instance, where a Player deposits funds into their Account despite having applied for self-exclusion — bs7777 will use reasonable endeavours to return the deposit minus any winnings incurred after the erroneous deposit.

bs7777 may from time to time offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback incentives, reload bonuses, or other promotional credits to Players. The specific terms of each promotion — including the Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period — will be published on the relevant promotional page or communicated directly to the Player at the time of the offer.

• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, Bonus Funds expire and are automatically removed from your Account if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the stated period.
• Bets placed on restricted games or markets as specified in a promotion's terms do not contribute to the Wagering Requirement.
• bs7777 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is terminated, Players who have already accepted the relevant Bonus Funds will retain those funds subject to the existing wagering conditions.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — constitutes fraud and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Promotions are intended for recreational Players only. Players who are self-excluded or who have set deposit limits that prevent normal play are not eligible to receive promotional offers during the period of their restriction.

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings;
• Interruption of service due to technical faults, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Errors in game data, scores, or odds caused by third-party data providers;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment providers.

bs7777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bs7777 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.

bs7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with or without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Your Account activity presents an unacceptable risk of harm to the integrity of the Platform;
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bs7777 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited in its entirety and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

bs7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect withdrawal rights, wagering requirements, or eligibility — we will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the changes take effect.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern the resolution of that dispute, except where a superseding version has been published and accepted.

Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, it may be escalated to binding arbitration. Both parties agree that arbitration is the exclusive means of resolving disputes arising from these Terms and that the outcome of arbitration shall be final and binding.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.
